Attorney Terry L. McCreary
I founded The McCreary Law Firm with the belief that I could provide my clients with the best criminal and civil defense representation available. Our successes and extensive trial experience have proven that we are one of the top defense practices in SW Florida.
Mr. McCreary attended the University of Nebraska on an athletic scholarship where he graduated with honors in 1999 receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He was also a member of the UNL wrestling team and was a three time recipient of the Student Athlete Medallion. Mr. McCreary then graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2002 with a Juris Doctor Degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003.
Mr. McCreary has practiced law throughout the state of Florida. He gained valuable experience handling a wide variety of crimes working as an Assistant State Attorney. This gives Mr. McCreary an advantage in the courtroom as he is familiar with the strategies and tactics that are commonly used by both prosecutors and judges. Having experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney gives his clients a distinct advantage in the courtroom.
